For our April SKY Network Talk, we had Bahzad Fatimi, Chair of Indialogue Foundation in India, sharing his social initiatives for humanity and interfaith dialogue experiences.
He started with their vision, the latest activities they had, and how they have developed during the years. He shared some knowledge of bringing people from various backgrounds to address common problems in the country that are important for everyone; For instance, education of girls, hygiene, and illiteracy. He emphasized that when the topics of engagement are nationwide and not of a particular group, everyone contributes their most to it. They have also started educational programs in the field of dialogue. It seemed that during the pandemic, reaching out by programs online, even involved more people from more states in India. This gave us some sort of inspiration and ideas to commit to, wherever we live.
